School Library Consortia: Solution to E-Collection Development


The Common Core Standards have helped some publishers understand how nonfiction ebooks will be used in school libraries, and they are responding with gusto.  School library consortia get breaks on ebook pricing.  Create the right economic model and pool our e-collection development budgets, and we’re keeping with the original library philosophy: cost effective, unlimited, simultaneous access.
